A boy with down syndrome fighting leukemia is turning 3 on June 14, and his mom is trying to get cards sent to him for his birthday as a surprise.
Freddie, 2, was diagnosed with B cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on January 8, 2019. For over a month, the young toddler has been undergoing chemotherapy and steroid treatments. Doctors predict Freddie treatment will last approximately three years.
