Grazia Italian Kitchen, a Pearland staple, has not surprisingly won the top honors at the Houston Live Stock Show and Rodeo. One of their award-winning dishes was Wagyu Ribeye Burnt Ends over sharp cheddar Stone-ground Grit made with beef supplied by the local R-C Ranch.
Grazia took first place in the Grand Champion People’s choice category of the Live Stock Show and Rodeo awards. The Chef of Grazia Adrian Hembree went to Facebook to explain the night stating, “Last night we teamed up with our great friends from RC Ranch at the Houston Rodeo Best Bites Competition. I’m super proud of the team for taking home first place Grand Champion People’s choice. We started the night with a prayer and finished the evening with some great smiles. Thanks to all who continue to support!”
